This gallery is in charge of telling its visitors a story, a little story of a young girl washing her feet. She isn’t a nice funny lady. She has her special charm but she would rather be called cold and gloomy than alluring and silly. She knows what she is worth and she knows that even when washing her feet, which is the funniest now. We can watch the whole procedure from the beginning till the end. This is a little retro comic strip thought there isn’t a single evident joke. She is completely serious when doing her business and her every single movement is filled with dignity and contempt. While submerging her feet in the soft warm water our lady takes out a cigarette and lights it. She is smoking it now with no less dignity at this present moment. We can also see her rubbing down her small feet and her nightgown slips off somewhat for us to observe her round shoulder and to think how lovely it could be if the nightgown would slip off completely.

Finally, we see the last photo of hers picturing our lady sitting in the armchair and resting. She is smoking again; she definitely has the right to as she is a very important young woman. She is reading a book or a magazine but there is still that solid portion of contempt and we hesitate to disquiet her now…
