Florenz Ziegfeld Jr. (March 21, 1867- July 22, 1932) was an American Broadway impresario, a photographer, and simply an extremely talented person. His series of theatrical revues, the Ziegfeld Follies is one of the best known creations of the great artist. He was also very well known for a terrific taste as for discerning feminine beauty. Thus, he was also keen on photographing his actresses. One can often observe the recurring motive of the photography plot. This is often a naked maid with a hoop or with a fan; otherwise it can be a mirror or anything else. Every single lady is very special in her own way. Ziegfeld was the man capable of noticing the most important – women charm.
The lady chosen for a more detailed observation is the one with a hoop in her arms standing against a background with symmetrical circles. Gauzy cloth on her naked skin looks really delicate. There is just this long scarf around her body and light heeled shoes on her feet. She is as much flirtatious as simply beautiful on this picture.
